The Yard Sale provides a great opportunity to empty your garage, mingle with your neighbors, pick up some great deals, and maybe even make a little money. The OHNA provides for advertising, a neighborhood location, and a city license. Just bring your items over and watch them sell! Unsold items that you do not want to reclaim are donated to Goodwill and everything remaining is hauled off by the City. Contact our Chair for more information.

Our neighbor and City Council member Chris Holden hosts the Summer Block Party for District 3 right here in our neighborhood! Located on all of Jackson Street between El Molino and Los Robles. Free hotdogs from the Pasadena Fire Department along with rides, music, and shows make for a delightful day. Look for our booth!

What better way to fight crime than eating ice cream on a hot Summer night with friends. National Night Out is a nation-wide effort to promote neighborhood spirit and safer communities.

Join a herd of children in their most terrifying outfits(?) as they march through our haunted neighborhood. This horrifying event culminates in the devouring of live pizzas. Not for the weak-kneed.

The neighborhood's oldest tradition started as a group of carolers going door-to-door. This happy annual event continues in a variety of forms but always with the greatest of Holiday Spirit. And sometimes even a visit from a jolly old man from up North.
